TPI engine bay cleanup

Hello all,
I know this has old threads but none really help me out.
Anyways, I want to clean up the engine bay. Too many wires running all over. The car has no ac as is so first question, how do I go about removing the rest of the ac stuff? Will it affect the computer? The emissions stuff how do I go about taking that out? Will it mess up the computers in the car? I should add I live in Canada and once a car is an age you no longer need any emissions testing. Pictures attached would love to get any input here.

This is how I want it to look. But keep my airflow sensor
