Smog Pump Help
Ok so I have a 91 Camaro with a 3.1l in it, built the engine heads up to oem specs, now it wont start, I changed plugs and wires. now the part I think is not correct is my smog pump, I would like for someone to get a picture of theres so I can see where it connects too, will this keep car from starting if not connected? im also thinking timing might be horribly off since I changed valves and seals, thanks for any help merry Christmas/ new years.

Nope, that piece of nonsense being disconnected has nothing to do with the engine not starting.
We need to know have you checked for spark yet?
Have you performed the timing TDC yet?
