Finally idling better
Well, super excited to say, I've finally tracked down the problem that was making my car stall at low speeds. Until 2 weeks ago, I thought it was my MAP sensor since the voltage was not reading right to the sensor. Turns out I was on completely the wrong track. I tried capping off my EGR valve and solenoid today, Now she runs like a top
I can't believe I overlooked something so simple. I've spent literally years thinking it was some stupid short somewhere in the wiring. Also did some small miscellaneous stuff, replaced my plastic heater core bypass connecter with a brass connector, the plastic one kept breaking when the engine got too hot. Been a good day today, next big project is a complete front end overhaul. Never done that before so I'll be learning a lot
