Im having an alignment issue and i think this part is the problem. I dont have this on my car, the bracket is pushed flushed with the engine.

Does anyone know what this bushing/washer is called and where i can find it?
I circled it in yellow

Um , , , , "SRS" refers to supplimental restraint system , the airbag .... "Alignment" refers to how the wheels roll down the road .... And you show the Alternator ???? I have no clue what your actually asking about .

 

Well, it screams like a banshee during cold starts, like hardcore.

I ment a pulley missalignment... hence the picture of the alternator. There is a half inch spacer on the rear of the alternator/power steering bracket. I'm unsure what it is called, but I would like to get one.
The title is a little dramatic I guess haha. I wrote it on my lunch.

 

Almost any bolt collar/spacer should work. At the least you can temporarily (or possibly permanently) cut a 3/8" NPT pipe to length as a collar.

On a car with serp brackets, you don't put anything between the bracket block/head. Not sure what that bracket you circled in the pic is doing on there but it doesn't belong.
