I have done my share of research and still cant find the right answer,i have a 1986 Camaro with a 2.8 ,the check engine light is on the code that is set is 33 look it up and is calling for a map sensor. now I even went out and got a Haynes repair manual 1982 thru 1992 have looked every where that the map sensor should be and its not their,so I even looked in places that it should not be and still not theirneed some help real bad because before all this happen I just put a new motor and trans in it thanks to anybody that can help me

Re: map sensor

Trace all the vacuum lines coming off the intake manifold. In order for it to be a Manifold pressure sensor it has to reference the manifold pressure somewhere.
