Engine Flooded? Cranking then all Electronic Shut Down

Starter slowed down then the radio shut off and key did nothing

sounds like a dead battery or loose connection. had a crappy + connection on the terminal that did this once.

Yep dead battery. Flooded engine would still turn till you hyrdo locked it, radio/all electric would also still work with a flood situation.
