Ok so I have a 1989 Rs v6 automatic, I gave it a tuneup and replaced the fuel filter and it still acts like it doesnt want to go. I have to put my foot to the floor to get it to go anywhere and it starts shaking at 45!!!!!! Whats up with that?!??? And where I live theres like a 40 degree 20 foot hill and my foot was down on the floor and it barely creeped up that hill. I meed some serious help!!!

 

What rpms is it doing while crawling up this hill? Is it like the engine is screaming but the car isn't pulling, or is the engine not able to make the rpms?

 

Catalytic converter may be stopped up.
