Have Spark + Fuel But Won't Start
Hello, I tried searching and can't seem to find anything.
I have an 87 Camaro carb 383 stroker. Been a project for the past 2 years, got the engine rebuilt last year. I've replace fuel pump, carb, fuel filter, new MSD coil and distributor. Few weeks ago the car was running but needed more timing adjustment to it. Last week put it on jack stands cause I was redoing front and rear brakes, got the parts and replaced them and bleed them today. Try to start the fire and doesn't start, it cranks over but doesn't strart.
What I've tried:
1. I checked to see if there is fuel, took an line off into a jar, crank the engine and everything checks out good there.
2. Took #1 spark plug out grounded it to the body, crank the engine and its a blueish spark, everthing checks out good there.
Sometimes when I do start to start it, it rumbles like it wants to start but doesn't.

They did feel a bit wet. Could flooded spark plugs keep the engine from starting even if the spark was white/blueish color when I checked it?

Yes, hold the gas pedal to the floor with the choke off.
