I have an 383 stroker sbc with a Quadrajet 4 barrel carb with an adapter. Couple weeks ago started the car, setting the timing and idle best I could. The car was staying about 170/180 then it started to reaching to 200/210. Since then the car hasn't ran the same.

When I start the car it will take few mins to get it to start but once it starts it will run for couple seconds then stall.

It has a brand new distributor, spark plugs, fuel pump, professional rebuilt quadrajet 4 barrel carb.
