I have to pop start my car to get it to turn on! Help!

So recently I started hearing this ticking noise when I hit the gas and you can hear my car have some hesitation as I accelerate and I've lost power also. I'm not sure what it is, I changed the fuel pump and it didnt help I swapped out the throttle position sensor and lowered the idle but that doesn't help either and now randomly my car won't start and I have to pop start it just for it to turn on I changed the battery and got my started and alternator checked and it's all fine I don't know what to do and I need my car to be reliable because I just got promoted please help me!!!!!! :/

if the shoe fits...

Im gonna take a stab at Timing being way out or your rotor or rotor button in the distributor being absolutely stuffed

1 - Pull the dist cap, replace the cheap little rotor (spinny thing on the top)
2 - Re-do the timing
