No fire

Have fuel to injectors from fuel rail gage of 38psi...Injectors pulsate.. Checked spark at #1 wire, but seems to be very weak. Switched out to a MSD Power Blaster Coil. Same results...Could I have a defective spark control module ?

Appreciate all comments....

When my car was 26 years old i started getting a misfire. it stopped firing 1 or 2 of the cylinders (it had about 160k miles)....turned out the thing never had fresh wires, cap or rotor. they were all so far shot.
