White smoke. smells like gasoline
So, only when it is cold, IE first start up of the day, I get white smoke out of the exhaust only after giving it a couple of revs. Im losing no coolant, it smells like raw gasoline, and my spark plugs have a nice gold/almond color to all 8 of them. any ideas?

cold enrichment, excess hydrocarbons converted partly into water > so water vapor out the exhaust ... visible when cold.

Yup, what he said... to a certain extent, it is normal. Shouldn't be burn-your-eyes rich or anything, but definitely should be noticeably richer then than when warmed up.
