Wrong starter bolts on 700R4 to T5 swap
I bought a ACDELCO PRO 336-1894 for my T5 swap car 89 Formula. The starter from my 700R4 setup was too large to fit in the hole... The new one fits fine but I can't find the right starter bolts to bolt it up. The set that every AutoZone Carquest Napa Oreillys etc has is about 3/4 too long on both sides.
Anyone run across this? I was just going to buy some flanged bolts that are the right length but I read a couple things saying you need that knurled end that comes on starter bolts...

Yeah you need the knurled end..
I found the answer You need GM Part # 14037733 for the short bolt and # 12338064 for the long one.
There's a whole bunch of starter part number being succeeded and like 6316 and 6442 most come with the new shorter bolts. The one I got just didn't.
