Headlights and wipers/washers inoperative

Headlight do not come on. Where is the circuit protection? Is this circuit ground seeking?
Wipers / washer does nothing. checked fuse ckd ok. Any ideas?

Sounds like a fusible link. There's a couple of them at the starter.

Always suspect those when a bunch of things in the car - entire systems - all stop working all of a sudden at the same time.
