clutch problems

Car: 1986 camaro iroc z28
Engine: 305 TPI
clutch problems
I have an 85 iroc with a 5 speed manual.The problem i having is once the car is started its hard to put in any gear and when do get it in gear it works fine.But when your just sitting there and is in gear and then take it out and let the clutch out and put it back in it wont go into gear.Would that be throw out bearing???

No, that's the clutch.
All that the throwout bearing does, is allow a rotating part (the clutch) to be pushed on by a non-rotating one (the fork).
Could be the pilot bearing/bushing. That's effectively part of the clutch, as far as allowing the engine to turn at one speed and the trans at another.

it sounds like your clutch isn't fully disengaging, I would look at the hydraulics first, I cant remember exactly how much but there is a measurement that the rod is supposed to extend from the slave cylinder

Yes that's usually hydraulics in my experience. Not enough fork throw to fully release the pressure plate.
