A: Yup.
Just an FYI, that intake is identical in every way, except for the bowtie cast into it, to an Edelbrock Performer. Yes I have one of each on hand.

The ZZ4 slightly taller. I have an Edelbrock Performer, but haven't installed it yet.

The alt. bracket bolt hole on the ZZ4 is in the correct place for third gens. It is slightly off on the Performer EGR.

Interesting, the ones I have both fit all the brackets on my car just fine.
Maybe a production-date kind of thing or something?
