snow doesnt cause problems with cars, its the road salt, i dont think they use it down there in the south, if so just give you car a good wax and keep it washed as much as possible if the road salt is getting on it.

Don't slam hot defrost air on your windshield when it's 20 !!!

I'm 0 and 2 with that war

(1) Vette windshield + weatherstripping + install = 800 bucks
(1) Impala windshied (girl friends fault) ???

Try to wait tell the end of winter to claim it on insurance, if it does break.
Alot of insurance companies weaver deductibles on repairs, not replacments.
-------------------------------

Let your engine fully warm up. That my advise at any temp !

5W30 is a good oil vis. in the winter.

If it drops down into the twenties or teens, for more than a few day's think about adding HEAT to the tank. If not try to keep the tank full.

I usally just let my car get to at least 120deg. before I start to head out. also like the others said, give your car a good wax and keep it clean!
