Just bought a 1988 Iroc Z with 30k original miles. Sat in a warehouse since 1994. Car starts and runs but having issues. I'll be driving it and when Im downshifting and coming to a stop the car dies. Oil pressure hits 0, service engine comes on and brake gets stiff. Car shuts off basically. But when I get to a stop and restart the car, it turns over no problem. Could it not be getting fuel?

 

If the cars sat that long not a bad idea to go through the whiplike fuel system, pump, filter and injectors. The stalling could be a faulty iac .
