Is anything on my Camaro worth fixing before selling?

I know I shouldn't come in here and ask what my car is worth.. But I think I have decided to sell it finally. I have been moving it around for years now with the intention to fix one day, but I just don't think I ever will. I was wondering what the value of fixing some things up before trying to sell might be though. I'm also not extremely experienced working on my car, as its been a few years, but I have done some minor things.

The way it currently sits, the carburetor leaks quite a bit of fuel, but I can take someone for a test drive. If I do change out the carb, I will likely need to get a new kickdown cable bracket as well, since my current carb is a demon and I had to mangle the thing to get it to work right.

For some background, its an 86 Z28 with a ZZZ crate 350. The chassis has 86k miles or so, the motor was installed at 55k, but almost 25 years ago. The trans has been rebuilt recently but I do not have the paperwork for it. Rear gears changed to 3.73. Interior pretty darn clean. Original paint is faded through behind the t tops and on the trunk lid. Body is decent, but not amazing. AC has been ripped out. It's been lowered 1.75" and has powder coated IROC wheels, and the lighting is mostly updated.

I have an offer for 2k the way it sits. Could I likely do better? Regardless, would you invest in a new carb and get that setup for an easier sale?

Car is worth more than 2k. Id fix the carb and ask $3999 you would likely and should get $3500. Should be a fun lil hot rod.

Cool, thanks for the info. Wish I had the time and space to keep up with it.
