Cat-Back Exhaust System for 1984 F-Body L69 / "G"
1984 Pontiac Trans Am with High Output engine (Option L69 / VIN code "G") with Borg Warner T5 5 speed manual transmission, bone stock with massive catalytic converter (Flange on Y-pipe at the front, and over-axle to muffler pipe going back. Edelbrock no longer makes exhausts, and JEGS no longer supports L69 cat-back before 1986 (although they did until recently). Jay Pocius from CT jaypocius@att.net 8609386509. Thanks!

Last time!e I looked hooker still made a cat back for them. You'll have to check into that tho.

Only difference between the L69 version and the LG4, in aftermarket systems, is the way it bolts to the cat.

I have a 85 iroc that's equipped with the L69, a previous owner installed a GMMG chambered exhaust and I really enjoy the tone, maybe that'd be something to look into
