Parking brake ratcheting mechanism stripped. Alternatives?
As the title suggests. This is an 86 Trans Am.... I have the Delco Morain iron rear disc calipers. Has anyone retrofit an aftermarket handle or is there a fix for this that doesn't involve used parts? Looks like the teeth on the ratcheting pawl have stripped off and there's enough side to side play in the riveted affair that it's probably due to half engagement of the teeth over the years. I've got a Quarter Stick so a parking brake to match would be great.

I think Lokar makes parking brake handles/mechanisms. I do know that I've seen aftermarket ones. Although they are likely billet ($$).
