Re: ZZ4 cutting off

Car ran great(in trailer off and on all day) again. Possibly was the "High Fire 6" box, After I wired it right. Its running perfect. I had grounded the neg coil wire and the wire to the high fire to ground. Figured out they are not supposed to be grounded. May be fixed, well see.

I currently have a 02 sensor with 4 wires plugged into the system. Whats involved in switching it to a wideband sensor?

Send me your cal and I'll see if I can change the O2 curve in it. I have the master software but some of the early boxes aren't changeable. If I can change it I'd do an AEM inline Wideband O2 They're fairly inexpensive, very accurate, and pretty bullet proof.

Re: ZZ4 cutting off

UPDATE:
Turned out to be the MAP sensor. Changed everything else on the car with that thing staring me in the face the whole time. Runs perfect now and I know very part on the car.

A big shout out to EFIGuy(Mark). He walked me through ever step of this issue. 50 texts a day, I was a pain in his rear.

Got a Wide band O2 installed now and I am learning the whole tuning game, with Mark's help I might add.

Thanks for all the help from everyone who chimed in. I appreciate it. Great site for my old ZZ4.
