Doin a tune up, what should i get?

WELL, if i recall, since i've had the car, almost 3 years now, i dont think the plugs or wires have ever been changed, whoops. I figure now is the time to do some tune up stuff since i still have a week off school. SO, i figure i'll bring one of my buds over and i'll do my first basic tune up. What do you guys suggest in terms of plugs, wires and other stuff i should do? Take in mind I'LL be doing this and i'm gonna say right now i'm not a real good mechanic, hehe, but my friend is REALLY into cars so he'll be along to help. So give me some opinions, thanx.

I'd get regular AC Delco Plugs, and a set of MSD SuperConductor Wires. Depending how many miles have been on the car since the last tranny fluid change, it might be a good idea, however once it has been a long time, it's best to just leave it.
