Identify #8879370 dbl humps?

Hello archivists,
Anyone know the identity of 64cc sbc double hump casting #8879370 equipped with accessory bolt holes?
Couldn’t find anything close to these casting numbers on any listings.
The 8’s ARE really 8’s & the 3’s are really legible 3’s.
I’m thinking these are marine, or over the counter replacements possibly?
Thanks

They are either 69 or 70 model heads for sure. They did have over the counter heads and some even had angled plugs or so I heard. I will ask my father as he is a double hump junkie.

Re: Identify #8879370 dbl humps?

I had a set of 370's on my 383. Did a lot of porting to them. 2.02/1.60 valves and got screw in studs. Back in the late 1990's, this was still acceptable but now with the low cost of aftermarket heads, it's cheaper to just buy an aluminum aftermarket head which will already have all that work done and will be better heads right out of the box.

Leave the double hump heads for someone who wants to build a period correct car.

Thanks AlkyIROC,
Those 370 heads are presently on a friends built 355 in a C1 Vette.
8879370 doesn’t show up anywhere. They were originally pulled from a ‘70 Chevelle, which, of course doesn’t mean anything.
