cam sensor location tbi 305
im looking for the cam sensor on my 91 305 tbi. I searched online and I keep getting a crank sensor. I guess I will have to dig out my manual. I just moved so finding anything is a job.

No cam or crank sensor. What error code are you fighting 42 ?

no error codes. im looking at replacement engines and wasn't sure if there was a crank or cam sensor on these motors. I didn't think there was but Ive been worn more than ive been right.

If you're talking about a sbc, no cam sensor.
crank sensors came on timing cover on vortec in 96 or 97 iirc
