SBC Uneven Idle
I'm at the end of the line with my engine. I swapped myself a 350 with the HSR and the stock 90-92 cam with Vortec Heads and headers. I'm using the EBL Flash to run it and I've been trying to tune it in for the last few months. Ever since the first startup, it's had an uneven idle, almost as if it had a weak cylinder or misfire. Even at WOT I can feel a slight "unevenness" and power-wise is lacking a little. It's most apparent though when it's revved in park. In fact, it sounds much the same as this. Unfortunately, I didn't find an issue with my spark plug wires. I saw no arcing and all read out fine on a multimeter. I also changed sparkplugs to no effect. I checked my injectors, which all also check out within about .5 ohms range with an average of 17.2 ohms. I've tried many different tuning solutions all with little success. I've only reduced the wobbly idle a little through tunes, though I imagine that's just because it's tuned in more as the issue is even more apparent when it runs rich/lean. I dumped fuel injector cleaner a couple of times now also with no change. I threw in a clip of it idling with my phone right next to the intake and you can hear something of a rolling sound, though it may be unrelated. Otherwise, when the throttle is open at all a rapid tick comes from the injectors. Is that intentional design? I also got a snippet of my idle. I feel like it's something I've overlooked or something else really obvious/easy, but I can't for the life of me find it. Any help is greatly appreciated as solutions are quite thin right now.
P.S. Sorry about that Test thread! The forums were giving me a hard time.

Have you done a compression test?
Are you 100% sure the rockers are adjusted properly?
What injectors are you running?
Double check your firing order. 18436572

Zip a datalog file so we can see what you're seeing. Attach it in a post and there's a gazillion people who will try to help you out. EBL is phenomenal, and the support here is very good. What's your fuel pressure? Base timing? Did you configure the bpc correctly? What kpa are you idling at?

Re: SBC Uneven Idle
Alrighty, I spent my time going through your list GeneralDisorder and while I couldn't test four of my cylinders due to my tester having way too long of an adapter and my headers being in the way. It is a newly-built motor though and the other four tested within about 4-5 psi of each other averaging 142 psi, and just plugging the holes of the other four and comparing them to the ones I knew, they felt the exact same, so they should be at least in the ballpark. I even took a camera probe and looked in all of them and the bores/pistons looked fine, just a little carbon build up on a couple of pistons. The spark plugs showed it running rich which was no surprise based on my test drives, and they all looked about the same. My firing order was all good, and my rockers are for sure adjusted. I've spent way too much time redoing them after messing them up the first time. I am running 30 lbs/hr injectors at just about 41 psi, I have tried anywhere from 35 to 44 with no difference after adjusting the BPC. I didn't think of it until I went out there, but I did unplug each injector to see how it reacted and they all reacted the same with all but just one, which seemed to make no difference at idle, though it completely misfired when revved. Would that be a good indicator of dirty injectors? Or would that just point out the weak cylinder? It was one of the compression tested cylinders though and it checked out. The cylinder is #2 btw. I am idling at about 40Kpa at 600 rpm which seems a little high. I threw in the latest data recording I did. What's odd is that my WOT is always rich, and to the point where I have to bring down the table significantly, way below where it should be for my car. Right now, my only idea is that one of the injectors is dirty beyond the point of injector cleaner fixing it.

Do you happen to have or have access to a thermal imaging camera? You can shoot your headers and get an idea of how even the fueling is to each cylinder.....
Where did these 30lb injectors come from exactly?

Re: SBC Uneven Idle
I have one of the cheap infrared thermometers. I just used it and at a warm idle all showed about 500-550F. Now the driver side seemed to warm up a good deal faster and #2 might've been cooler than the rest on that side by a good 100F before it hit the 500F like the rest but the thermometer was all over the place, unfortunately. I bought the injectors second hand as part of the intake and such and they are "30 lb/hr Bosch D3 Fuel Injectors, new from Southbay Fuel Injectors"
