What The Hell!!!!!
Ok, I have a 90 RS V8 and everytime I drive consistantly (like on freeways) the check engine light comes on, but when I drive on the street it NEVER comes on.
What does this mean or if possible what is the trouble code?

Happens to me too...
On the highway, every once and awhile, the car will stumble for about 1 second, and then the check engine light will come on for about 5 seconds and then go back off. At this point, aside from the 1 second of stumling and the few seconds the SES light is on, everything is fine. I don't know what it is... I'm kinda curious.
However, I already know that the answer to this post will be: "Get a scan tool and see what code it is throwing."
