Hooker 2055 headers
I am looking at a used set of headers. Hooker 2055
They are old and rusty but I want to make sure they will bolt in just like the factory manifolds. It looks like they have the stock style ball and socket connector.
I had a set of cheap headers on my last camaro with 3 bolt flange and gaskets and they sucked.
What is a fair price for these used headers?

They should fit like the originals but you may need the y pipe for the headers as well, unless the the stock pipe fits idk. I’m assuming it does not. And looking at the condition and again assuming no holes or damage I’d pay $50 tops

Right now I have stock cast manifolds, but a really nice mandrel bent y-pipe with magnaflow cat back. I am hoping these will bolt to my y-pipe.

New from summit the package sells for $600. That's why I was thinking his price wasn't outrageous, but it's still not great for a well used item.

Re: Hooker 2055 headers
I don’t know that it’s the y pipe so much as the flange size is different. I would bet the Hooker collector flange is 2.5” vs your manifolds which would be 2.25” at best, or possibly 2.00” depending on what they came off of. Best case scenario you can get them on the cheap and have an exhaust shop arrange your existing y pipe to fit them. Shouldn’t cost much. I would try to score y pipe flange as well just in case and clean them all up well.
