Seems a portion of the first episode is dedicated to an LM7 install using Holley's swap parts. Engine mounts, headers, transmission crossmember and duals.
Even more interesting for me is the carb conversion and ignition controller rather than the factory ECU.
Why they installed a TH400 is beyond me though, although I understand it's relative merits.

That would probably be my entry level way into the LS world as well.
