Hello yesterday while helping my dad with his 1986 IROC z TPI 305 Camaro we set his TPS to the proper voltage as well as swapped out the idle air control valve after doing so we went on a few test rides with it and we noticed that the RPMs would fluctuate up and down by their self while driving and it's a constant thing it's not just something that comes and goes so we were trying to figure out what might be causing that the computer has been changed ECM as well as the ignition control module. We did not check the timing on the motor yesterday because we didn't have the distributor wrench but we do plan to do that has anyone else had this problem thanks for your help
