Swapped Chevy 350 to GN 3.8L Turbo
Hey guys. Long time lurker but this time I'm at my wit's end and need a gearhead who has some possible insight on not-so-common engine swaps. I've looked through TGO and couldn't find anything related to this swap and figured I would try asking anyway. (Normally you guys have asked similar questions or posted about this in the past)
A little bit of background: a buddy of mine and I are doing a Chevy 350 to Grand National 3.8 Turbo swap in a 1987 Pontiac Trans Am GTA. We are getting fuel, but the injectors won't open. It cranks but doesn't get any spark. Everything is getting power that needs it (or so we believe). We have replaced the following after being told by someone who thought he knew what was doing after we were at our wit's end. (The same guy walked away from it after not knowing why it wasn't starting)
Crank sensor
ECU
Ignition module and coil
Fuel Pump
I really feel like it's something really simple that we are overlooking. What could be the next steps on what to look for? The engine was running before it was pulled.

'86 - '87 engine? Or a hot air engine?
Both the crank sensor and cam sensor signals are required to get fuel and ignition. The ignition module (ICM) requires power on two terminals, M & P. IIRC they are both PNK/BLK wires.
This no start tree should help:
