My 1988 2.8L V6 factory EGR Valve died so I bought a new Standard Motors EGV318 but the vacuum line is on the wrong side. The instructions say to rotate it clockwise but as hard as I try it does not move when I hold it in my hands. Do I need to bolt it down and really force it or did I get a faulty one? See picture, arrow is the side I need it on. The part is new from Rock Auto. thanks
