When my car is in park and idleing at normal temp I can see the rpm's fluctuating, not a whole lot but you can see the guage bounce up and down a little, and you can hear it also. It doesn't do it constantly just every now and then. Any thoughts on what it could be?

Try running some injector cleaner through it. It could be that your injectors are not spraying correctly and one could be dripping every so often.
