Replacing Guage cluster 1984 Z28

Hello everybody and thank you in advance. I'm replacing my 305 with a 350 and at the same time replacing my Guage cluster. A couple of my Guages no longer work. I ordered this kit from Rock auto and what came has an electric speedometer with an electric speed sensor. Can anybody tell me where to install this? Thank you!

The cable that you will unscrew from the back of your original speedometer will screw onto that device to present an electronic signal to your new speedometer.......
