L31 Swap and SMOG ?

Has anyone with a Swapped L31, and ALL model year correct, Third Gen F Body, original Emissions Equipment, INCLUDING a Corvette style Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) pickup location, passed SMOG in any of stricter US States?

I would modify the Passenger Side Air Injection Reaction tubing, to only inject air into the FRONT 3 exhaust manifold locations. And use the rear most, passenger side exhaust manifold AIR location for EGR pickup.

What were your experiences, good or bad? NO SMOG tests where I live, but wondering about elsewhere. And yes, I understand that some States may require Emissions equipment for the model year of the ENGINE. I am asking if they run clean enough for the "Sniffer" and have passed visual, with Emission Equipment for the model year of the F Body. Of course no obvious things like Headers, and bright red plug wire style attention getters. Thank you.
