oil in the water:(

I can't firggin beleive it! I have 1000miles on my new engine, so i put the supercharger back on about 150 miles ago. Today, i jumped on it getting on the freeway and i blew a head gasket
I had to drive it about 3-4miles to get it home. It was running like crap! White smoke, the whole 9yards. Anyway, I spent a lot of cash on the engine, AFR heads, balanced and bluprinted shortblock.ect... Do you think my bottom end is ok? I am concerned about the antifreeze that was in teh oil. should I be ok?

Um.. just don't drive it at all. Take it apart and check the damage. Most likely it will be fine if you didn't drive it more than a few miles.

And most importantly, REMOVE the oil/water combo you have in the crankcase immediatly.

The oil/water combo builds moisture and it will start forming rust in the crankcase.

The coolant is a corrosive when on the bearing surfaces so you want to remove the oil mix and repair ASAP to get new/good oil in the system.

I drained all of the water/oil out of the oil pan as soon as the car cooled off. I will not be able to put any oil in the car until wensday because i work tomorrow (24 hr shifts). will I be ok leaving the engine with no oil sitting in my garage?

yeh, thats cool...the important thing is to get the old stuff out.

I've left them with no oil in them for a week or 2 while fixing the problems.
