1966 Pontiac 326. What would you do?

I just want to know what I'm getting into and what you all would do. I bought this for $25 with the transmission. It's a running engine and right now I have a 1984 Firebird SE with 2.8 and SE.

I like checking back at this site and think a poll would be cool. THanks.
