Would this be a good exhaust system?

I can build this exhaust for pretty cheap (about $200) and I was wondering of it would flow/sound good. I am not sure if teh crossover pipe would fit anywhere under there, so i may have to leave it out. I have seen an exhaust system like this on a drag racing camaro, but I am not sure how good it would be for street. Any ideas??
