Still having that starting problem??? Fuel???? HELP!!

I have an 88' iroc-z 350 tpi with 36,000 miles on it and when I go to start the car, and to get it to start sooner i have to hold the gas pedal to the floor, or it will just crank forever until it finally starts and then it chokes and sputters until you clear it out. It smells like RAW fuel out the exhaust pipes???? It has been doing this when its hot and cold no matter what for about 8 months now. It has a tpis fuel pressure regulator on it at 41 psi w/ vac line disc. but i have put it at like 5 psi and it still starts the same. The thing that gets me is that i replaced the injectors because i thought that was the problem, so i put in ford 19lb injectors and it ran and started fine everytime, but came to find out that i needed 24lb injectors because i have a 350tpi so i put in accell 24 lb injectors, it starts like ****, and has been doing this crap forever HELP!!!

I think it is the cold start injecter, but i can find it anywhere, GM dealership or napa I was asking for the cold start valve should i say cold start injecter. It is the last thing possible because the injecters are 1,000 miles old and every sensor has been replaced and i am out of ideas.

i jsut called napa and they called it a cold start valve.
quoted me a price of $65.88, but would have to order it.
it is probably cheaper at autozone.
go to www.autozone.com and check thier prices.
it is going to be a PITA because it is burried between the runners if i remember correctly.
