Ok I replaced my ignition lock then I put everything back on and the lock seemed to work now but when I turned the steering wheel it felt like something broke, the turn signals were going off, and the horn was going off so I removed everything again and I found that the little circular plastic thing that comes right after the locking plate broke and the insulation from the horn wire was jammed in there. what is the plastic thing called? Do i need it? Why did it break in the first place? HELP!
