88transam,

For several years, Bosch NA was the OEM supplier to GM for oxygen sensors.

GM doesn't make everything the install on their cars - they outsource much of it. I used to work for a company that made the sensor bodies for almost all "GM/Delphi" OEM engine sensors. The cups were forged, threaded, plated, and shipped to Robertshaw Industries for assembly. The identification stamped into the forged body read "AC DIV" or "Delphi" depending on the sensor. All GM ever did was install it in their cars. The dash instruments are made by Textron Automotive Systems, the seats were/are made by Johnson Controls, the fuel systems were at one point almost 100% Bosch, and there is a lot of Hitachi in the electrical systems and ECM/PCMs, just as an example of this outsourcing.

The Bosch unit will work just fine.
