Best stock heads

i was wondering which heads are better the ones off of a 305 or a 350(talk like 87-92 tpi motors). i was told by a freind that the 305 heads were better but i just dont beleave him.

it depends on what your going for. the 305 heads make more compression, but the 350 heads flow way better.
