I've heard of a few combos like this sneaking around, I know that the heads are desgined for reverse cooling, and I'd suspect the bolt pattern is different. Are there any company's prepairing LT1 heads for a Gen1 block yet? I'd like to get a link if i could

 

I remember SAM , school of automotive machinist, did this on a car they built, it was either their monte or that malibu they run in factory street. It was in a hot rod mag some time in the last year sorry I can't find it right at the second, but i remeber they just drilled some more holes in them to get them to work.
