torque head bolts for second time?

I intalled some ARP head bolts, part #070-134-3601. After a couple days, I had to take the heads back off. My question is, will I be safe reusing the same bolts or should I get some brand new ones?

Should be just fine, just follow the torque sequence (vital!)

Good luck!

well, I reused mine that are stock, seem fine, don't see why you wouldn't reuse new ones, they should be fine and much stronger than stock also.

head bolts/studs are reusable pretty much indefinatly.
head gasket of course you have to replace..but the bolts should be fine

Heck, if you didn't start the engine, you can reuse the head gasket.

I have a 11.0 @ 122 engine that I use the factory head bolts, 13.5:1 compression.

I bolted on the heads and checked for piston to valve clearance and came up a little short with clearance. Unbolted the heads, added a shim (those 0.020" thick gaskets) and buttoned her up. After a 100 1/4 mile runs, zero problems.
