As some of you may know, Philadelphia has really cracked down on street racing. Go to this link, and sign the petition. It is to have Mayor Street of Philly build the race track he promised long ago.
If they wanna keep people from racing on the street, give them a safe environment to do it in! Tell everyone you can about this, lets make it happen!
