Well, last sunday i had my first four races of the season.
The first one was a real heartbreaker. I lost to a 305 5spd. iroc.
I took him hard off the line and my carb bogged. The guy blew by me. The bastard stuck out hte middle finger to me.
I went home and adjusted the carb. It was running a little rich. Then i went back out.
Next was a 1997 Talon TSI awd. Looked pretty stock besides exhaust and i could hear the intake too. We lined up, and i pulled beside him right off hte launch and kept pulling. I had an awesome launch. It was also a five speed.
Then was and early 90's 5.0 GT. Another five speed. I pulled hard the whole race.
THen was another 5.0, but a LX coupe (probably the fastest of the body style). looked pretty clean and sounded sweet. Had the whole exhaust and ****. This guy was bugging me for a good few lights and i was heading home cuz it was like 2:30 on a sunday. Finally we line up. he has another guy with him and he's reving his motor and poiinting and laughing to him friend. MY older bro is with me and is all hyped up cuz he used to have a crazy LX 5.0 and is now been driving a z24 for the past two years cuz of his job. so m bro is like **** him, smoke the ****er and lets get home already. So i hold the brake so my tires are just starting to spin, and just pull hard on him. We hit the next red and they wont even look at me. it was just great.
