Help!

Ok, Just wondering this..

What would I have to do to my 86 Trans Am with a 305 TPI stock except Full 3" Cat-Back exhaust, K&N and a Rebuild that has New Cam, Crank, Bigger Valves, All new everything. I want to beat a 92 Mitsu 3000GT non-turbo auto with Cold Air and a ****load of stereo equipment in the back.. I know the weight might help me a bit, but any insight on what i need?

Also what would i need to do to my brothers 87 Mustang GT, 5-speed w/ a 93 302 motor and flowmaster exhaust.

My opinion is that you could probably be pretty close to taking the 3000GT now. The non-turbo ones aren't really big on power, and those cars weigh approximately the same as ours. When I drove my sister's 92 SL manual, it actually felt heavy off the line, probably because it doesn't have much torque. I could probably pull a car or two on it with my 350 TPI in the 1/4, but in top end it'd probably get me.

You'll beat that thing as is now. As long as you're in good tune.
