Well well well, some dumba$$ from school threw a couple revs at me in his 91 RS TBI 305 and the only mod I know of that he has is a Flowmaster muffler and a sound system....I got my 88 L98 GTA running perfect as can be except the exhaust leak I have I can hear making a ticking noise from underneath the passenger side by the catalytic converter....now he threw revs at me and I threw a couple back at him...I also dropped my car in 1st at the light as did he and he was trying to jump the body a lil and I did the same, except he was turning right and I was going left....I know I will slaughter him so tomorrow during lunch its probably gonna go down....I'll let you all know how bad I beat him.... p.s. the guy is a punker kid who thinks his Camaro is faster than a jet and can't drive worth a couple road apples.....AARON

Its gonna be a drivers race...you said he cant drive so you might have a chance...he has the weight advantage on you since he has a 305

Its not gonna be a race....your going to desimate him...make sure everyones around to see you punk him out.

 

If you are going to embarrass the kid, make sure all of his friends are watching, maybe even some friends in his car to really shut him down.

There is not enough of a weight difference for between the 305 and the 350 to have any weight advantage for the 305 RS.

 

Well the punk was a no show at school today....I ended up going up against an older Eclipse and I left him like he was standing still, also got a race against a Grand Prix, and slaughtered him, I haven't had the pleasure of going up against a GTP yet...the Eclipse supposedly has a JDM or JSM motor, or something like that , thats what he said....AARON

 

I wouldn't take that race too lightly, those things are pretty damn qucik for a family sedan.......

 

Not as quick as the BMW M5, now that's a a fast family car.

for the record, it WAS originally a 305 tbi car hehe, i kicked that motor down a steep hill when i pulled it.

dont take this the wrong way, your 350 tpi car is gonna rape the kid with the 305tbi motor hehe

but watch out for any RS camaros that idle like a prostock car, and look like this, cause things are not always what the little badge on the side of the car says they are hehehe :rockon:

Don't worry tho- you said he's close to stock. Flowmaster on a stock car and Flowmaster on a modded car sound way different. I trust you to use your best judgement.

 

Well in the morning my GTA wouldn't start cause of the VATS, so I took my Grandpa's 2002 Malibu V6 to pick up my GF, so coming back to my house I saw the guy at a light and got him from a roll, he was in front of me and punched it, so I punched it and I got him by about half a car, and thats cause my GTA is a hell of alot faster than the Bu....mark one down for the Bu.....AARON

 

I have seen some mean 305s, maybe one or two LG4s.
