DAN Opperman, you have relisted the heads that i purchased from you. You cashed my money order on 12/16 and you relisted the L98 heads on 12/22 You have also not responded to any of my e-mails. I sent you a 160 money order. I will be takeing legal action if i do not recieve the heads. My bank has already contacted yours and will stop payment at my request. I have a reciept of your cashing it with your signature and i have your adress. You have my number and e-mail use it. It has been way too long even if you sent the heads i should have recieved them by now. I will be notifying YOUR local authorities about our transaction. I found there # online. Internet fraud is still a crime and you will be prosecuted for it. Get in contact with me NOW!

I have gone to an address for someone scammed before...its amazing how people change when you deal with them face to face.

Hello, I am wageing war against this guy. 87 and I are good friends he got me into this site. Although i never registered or posted really until this month. 87350MCSS was scammed out of his money by this guy. I will be posting a scanned copy of the Registered Check Reciept of the money order that Craig had sent to this guy. He sent him the money order on 12/9 the guy cashed it on 12/16 he relisted the heads on 12/22 and now he is claiming that he has 2 sets of the L98 heads and rockers instead of the one that he showed craig pics of. However i do not have a scanner so i will have to go to a friends house to do it. It will be posted by sunday at the latest. On the reciept it shows Dan Oppermans signature as well as the bank that he cashed it at. So there is no denying it that this is the guy. He sent me some hate mail about how i should not stick up for my friend and how i should shut my hole here is what the e-mail said. Not too nice for some one who supposedly is innocent

I have dans adress as well, he lives in WI. If anybody around there wants to pay this guy a visit, i will pay them $30 bucks to get the heads back. I will e-mail you with all the info that you will need as well as a copy of the reciept that has dans name all over it. I posted "Danzws6 I know you lied" in the classified section. I think that you all should read it. Do not do business with this man. He now doses not respond to his e-mail. I have e-mailed him several times as well as Craig and we have gotten no responce other than hate mail or remarks that are untrue. Thank you for listening

 

if anyone ever did that to me..... id be rolling over to their house right now with my friend "Remington" and demanding my money back plus the heads for having to drive all the way down there.

 

You may want to put a post in the midwest regional board. There you may find some WI bounty hounters.

Just as an fyi guys, I thought that guy's name was familiar. So I looked up some of my past online purchases.

I bought a set of stock injectors from him earlier this month. I sent the MO on the 5th of this month, and if I remember right it was less than a week before the injectors arrived on my doorstep.

They all seem to be working well (can't tell for sure 'cause the MAF broke while I was doing the injector swap). The reason that he was selling the stock injectors was because he went to a bigger size, so he wouldn't need the 22lb ones.

I hope that you can work this out quickly and to everyone's satisfation.

Dan got back to Craig. He said that he was shipping out the heads today. He said he messed up. I will delete these posts and leave him positive feed back once Craig recieves the heads. He offered no explanation other than he messed up.

He would have "messed up" if he kept it up. Or pulled it on me. Tell Craig...he is one strong, patient and forgiving person. Good work getting everything settled as peacefully as it seems to be going. Maybe it was rough, but it could have been worse.
