Acura-clone vs. 88 GTA

I'm cruising on Ft. Weaver Road, getting close to the H-1 on-ramp, when I spot a Acura-clone, of the Mr. Ben's variety. I give it some gas, and zip by him at a fast clip. He falls for the bait. I have to let off to round the on-ramp, and I look back - he's right on my tail, sucking exhaust fumes. Three, four feet away at max. Okay, no problem, have some more exhaust gas, dude. I step into it real good, he tries to keep up but to no avail, I have to torque advantage and leave him behind at a walking pace. I let off at ninety and double-flash my brakes, go back to cruising at sixty-five, hit the cruise control. He doesn't pass me with the "Loser fly-by", just settles back to driving like a mature adult and I go my seperate way to H-2 and home - then I meet up with a Mustang that's in a hurry... see The Box for more.

you know i find it funny that kids dont know our cars can hang turns better then their honda....example...one night me (87 GTA) and my friend (91-93 integra dropped, exhaust) was playing on the freeway and we came up on a turn,he said he thought i would have to slow down cause i had a big car! when in fact i just kept the hammer down and flew through that turn waaay faster then him. To say the least i gave him a lesson on not all big cars have to slow down in turns.

btw nice kill!

Yea, I heart on-ramps I love how f-bods handle, and I can't wait to get my suspension mods done.
